Guests consistently praise the Heathcote Hotel's prime location, finding it convenient to Piccadilly Station and Piccadilly Gardens. The spacious, clean rooms, often noted for their fun and quirky decor, provide a comfortable stay, and some appreciate the provision of an ironing board and iron. While a few guests have mentioned that the coffee machine's instructions could be clearer, the hotel's retention of the building's original architectural character, combined with modern design, generally leaves a positive impression.

The room was a lovely size and so clean. The staff were all very friendly. I felt very comfortable at this hotel! The location is also AMAZING!!!
The aircon was not working. This happened on one of the hottest days of the year. This made it very difficult to sleep. They tried their best to help with the situation. They installed a floor standing unit but it was not adequate for the size of the room.

ineffective air conditioningbasic television
i was disappointed that the air conditioning in my room was not effective. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. also, the television offered only basic freeview channels. i expected a smart tv or more channel options for a hotel of this supposed caliber. it impacted my ability to relax in the room.

The front desk was helpful. The room I had was spacious (i really liked the decor). The location near the train station was very convenient.
The air conditioning was not working, and the room was too warm. The breakfast was overpriced for the selection offered. The bar lacked ingredients for some cocktails (disappointing after a long day).

The room was spacious and super clean. I really liked that. The hotel's location was handy for getting around the city. Breakfast was a good choice. I appreciated that the staff were friendly and helpful.
The lift was out of service. This meant I had to carry my bags up two floors. The hallway lighting near my room was faulty! This. The room was also uncomfortably hot.
